As pioneers of Chilean aquaculture, we at St. Andrews take pride in producing healthy, natural and organic mussels.  Our eight hundred hectares of farming in Chiloe’s pure and pristine waters, along with three sustainable plants in the heart of the island, are guided by exacting international standards that promote environmental awareness and stewardship.  Every year we gladly provide our customers with more than 50,000 tons of high-quality, fresh and nutritious mussels.
